Returns & Refunds Policy

At Framed & Fermented, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work — from bespoke framing to fine art and curated wines. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

1. Framed & Custom Artwork

All bespoke frames and original artworks are made or selected to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can resolve it.

2. Wine & Event Packages

Due to the nature of wine as a perishable good, we do not accept returns on wine purchases. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Event bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. After that, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

3. Framing Services

Framing services are tailored specifically to your requirements. Therefore, once approved and paid for, they are non-refundable unless faulty.
