ELE PACK

Ele Pack is a British abstract painter working in layered mixed media. She studied Fine Art at Loughborough College of Art and has exhibited in the UK and internationally, including Germany, Sweden and the United States.

  • Her practice builds delicate, translucent fields of colour through paint, drawing, collage and metallic leaf, often drawing on the ocean and the natural world. Pack worked for many years from Studio 106 in Brighton and Hove and is now based in the Peak District, a move that has shaped the tone and palette of recent work. Her prints are published by King & McGaw, and her paintings are held in private collections in Europe, North America and Japan. Commissions include a suite of works for London’s Cadogan Hotel.

  • Santowines Assyrtiko, Santorini PDO (2022/23)
Brisk, saline and mineral from volcanic soils, with bright citrus and green-apple notes and a clean, sea-breeze finish.

Why it pairs with Ele Pack
Her layered, light-through-colour paintings echo coastal air and translucency. Assyrtiko’s chiselled acidity and salty minerality mirror that clarity and maritime feel, giving a pairing that’s vivid, textural and refreshing.
